To strengthen its position on the international market in 2019 Hafliger Films has been merged with the producer of polymer packaging materials of polymer packaging materials – UAB “Lietpak”. This merge has further increased Hafliger’s production capabilities and allows to supply the market with the most advanced packaging materials.

“Production is presently situated at two sites, where there are high sophisticated machines installed which are able to produce multi-layer films by diversified converting processes:

Rozzano (MI) – Extrusion: starting from different types of polymers, mainly Nylon and Polyolefins.

“Moretta (CN) – Lamination: adhesive lamination of plastic films and/or aluminium foils; in addition all multi-layer films can be printed by Rotogravure (up to 9 colours) and Flexo (up to 8 colours) both with possibility to add special varnish “

During it’s time the Company has developed a specific knowledge and is now able to offer a comprehensive range of multi-layer films specifically suited to the food, medical, industrial protective packaging and to the fast growing insulation facing market.

The high specification of raw materials, supplied by the most important multi-national chemical groups, and the continual high standards of Quality Control during the manufacturing process, allow Hafliger Films to offer consistently high quality products, designed for specific applications and fully in compliance with most international standards.
